Approaching Noah Group, Jacinta and Nathan finally found a solution to their problem. Noah Group showed them a possible solution and helped them purchase two properties. The first one they bought in Nerang for $131,000 and the other one, they bought $165,000 in Pacific Lanes. They paid $100 per week for all of the properties.

As the rentals surge in 2003, the couple ultimately made money by making profits out of their investments. With the money they have made from these properties, the couple was able to buy another property  in Narangba for $234,000, which they paid at $55 a week. Their subsequent efforts and the guidance of Noah Group have eventually reduced their tax liabilities and helped them build their wealth in a matter of time.

The couple later sold their property in Nerang for $220,000 and, minus $10,000 for their tax, the couple was able to keep a huge sum of tax as profits. In 2007, they were able to acquire another property in Laidley for $323,000 and, thanks to Noah Group’s intelligent planning and investment techniques, the couple was able to restructure their finances and were able to increase their portfolios.

Today, Nathan and Jacinta are living a life that’s nearing a comfortable retirement.
